AGLCA's Burgee has a map of Eastern North America with an outline highlighting the Great Loop route. Members best describe AGLCA Burgees as "the welcome mat for Loopers".
The White Burgee is the traditional AGLCA burgee available to all members. We are going for the Gold Burgee which is reserved for members who have completed the Great Loop Cruise. Our target is to earn the Gold Burgee in the Summer of 2017 when we “Cross our wake”.
Members who fly an AGLCA Burgee receive instant recognition from the boating community and other members. Veteran Loopers who display the Gold and Platinum Burgees are seen as those that have done extensive cruising on America's Waterways.
